1" W x 3" L, Metal Name Badges with either a pin or magnet backing, writing is added with a sublimation engraving process. The ink is chemically bonded with the name tag to create a permanent impression. Color logos are NOT recommended on the Gold Metal Name Badge, only the Silver Metal.
